About Regina:
Regina Porten specializes in fine art sculptures and jewelry made from Gold, Silver, and Bronze. She is based out of Washington D.C. and Palm Beach, FL.
Born in the Netherlands, Regina immigrated to the United States in 1962; settling in Washington D.C. where she studied at the Corcoran School of Art. In 1999 Regina and her husband also established residency in Palm Beach, FL where she continues to bring to life new heartfelt works in bronze, gold and silver.
With her earlier work anchored in more classic representational form, Regina's current inspiration blends in more complex abstraction. Her work can be found on public display and in private collections on three continents. Most recently; her still life, Apple, has been placed in display at the Sotheby's Institute of Art in New York City.
