Numbers will not be handout out. Items sold as is. All sales final.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Payment: We will accept cash only.
Numbers: We will not be handing out numbers. The sale will start promptly at 9 am.
Parking: Do not park on the lawn of the sale property or the neighbors' lawns or in the neighbor’s driveways. The house driveway is for pick-up only. Not to be used for regular parking.
Shopping Bags & Containers: All bags and containers are subject to inspection. We will have baskets to be used during the sale and will have a hold table to make it easier as you shop. You can bring your own canvas bags for shopping. But understand - we reserve the right to inspect them when you leave.
Wrapping Your Treasures: We will provide bags, boxes & wrapping supplies for your use at our wrapping station.
Holding Items: Please understand that if you have to leave during the sale to get money or for any reason, we can not set aside items for you to buy.
Funiture: Please bring help to load your purchases. All purchases must be removed by close of sale unless you have made other arrangements with us.
Children: Estate sales are usually crowded with people & the many treasures found in the home. We do not prohibit children but understand you are responsible for any damages. No strollers.
