To our valued customers , We will be having an Estate Sale this upcoming Weekend .

 Saturday and Sunday sale. 9:00 - 2:00.

This sale will include 42 years of collecting many nice things, especially tools . We will have 2 Queen Mattresses and box springs , barely used . We will also have furniture , dishes , kitchenware , clothes, this home is loaded with too  many treasures to mention . Please view the pictures to see everything this sale has to offer . 

To the guys who are always asking about tools , this sale is just for you , However we only had a certain amount of time to put this sale together so most of the tools will not be marked , so please be patient and bare with us we will have to price them as we go through the sale, There are many, many  antique tools.  

Please remember if you are planning on buying heavy or large pieces of furniture to please bring someone to help you carry and load your treasures , We cannot help you while we are conducting the sale . If you should buy a large or heavy item and you do not have anyone to help you ,We can make arrangements with you for after the sale or at a later time when you have someone to help you .

*Neither Searching For Treasures ,The Homeowners , or Anyone else is responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property , you are entering at your own risk .

*For parking , please do not block any of the neighbors mailboxes or driveways .

*Please do not bring pets to the Estate sale .

*Please no food or drinks are allowed into the home .

*No available restrooms to use .

*All sales are final .

*Please do not  take it upon yourself to start up a sign up sheet or a number system. We do not use this at our sales and we will not honor it .

*Please be very careful not to scuff the hardwood floors and the walls , please make sure you have someone to help you if you are moving any furniture .
