To our valued customers { friends } We will be having an Estate Sale this SATURDAY { ONE DAY ONLY}. At 12659 Heming Lane

Bowie Md. 20716.

We are continuing to follow the safety protocols in place because of the pandemic . We are asking everyone to please wear their masks at all times and wear it properly while at the sale and please social distance outside as well as inside the home .

We will ask everyone to please use hand sanitizer upon entering the sale which we will provide and we will be only allowing a few people at a time because we are only using 2 rooms of the home .

We are asking our customers if you are planning on buying heavy or large pieces of furniture to please bring someone to help you carry and load your treasures , we cannot help you while we are conducting the sale. If you should buy a large or heavy item and do not have anyone to help you ,we can make arrangements with you for after the sale or at a later time when you have someone to help you .

* Please do not block any of the neighbors mailboxes or driveways

* Neither Searching For Treasures nor the Homeowners of the Estate, are responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property. You are entering at your own risk.

*Please do not bring pets to the sale .

*All sales are final .

*No available restrooms to use .

This is not a big sale ,but if you are looking for some nice furniture for a fraction of the cost this sale is for you . No reasonable offer will be refused .
