WELCOME TO OUR ECLECTIC COLLECTOR SALE HERE IN BOWIE, MARYLAND 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THIS WEEK'S SALE

This house is LITERALLY PACKED with cool old treasures we are selling. We thought long and hard on how best to display & sell the contents while also making a fun & safe shopping experience for all. The following terms are what we feel is the best (and fairest) to all our great customers – we hope you understand, and as always - we appreciate your patience. We have spent many, many hours in the home, it will never be perfect, it's time for a sale so we will do our best. 

DO NOT WALK ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY UNTIL OUR STAFF ARRIVES – MOTION ALARM IS LOUD! 

At 9am we will let 20 shoppers in and then its ONE OUT, ONE IN for the rest of the day. We may also limit the shopping time to 30 minutes to keep things fair and once your time is up you may go get in line again. CLOSING TIME ON SUNDAY IS NOON - We may actually close the line around 11:30 so do not be late.

PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS OR MAILBOXES – We have so much merchandise here and in the owner’s attic and storage we will have several sales at this same location and can only accomplish this by staying in the good graces of everyone in the neighborhood. 

We have provided SEVERAL HOLD TABLES OUTSIDE which you can make piles on as you shop. You will probably need to bring a few loads outside and the return for more shopping. You haven’t officially left the sale until you have checked out with the cashier.  

We gladly ACCEPT CASH, CREDIT OR DEBIT (and we never charge a swipe fee!) 

Bring BOXES AND BAGS – you will need them this week – there is tons to look thru & of course purchase. Our best customers bring their own tubs and a sheet to cover their purchases on the hold tables to insure they stay safe.  

Please DO NOT CROWD other shoppers – everyone has a different level of comfort when it comes to social distancing. Masks, No Masks, Vax, or no Vax –  it’s best to just be respectful of everyone. 

And most important - HAVE A GREAT TIME – ESTATE SALES ARE FUN! We are a NO DRAMA ZONE!
