WE DO NOT PRE-SELL, SHIP, QUOTE PRICES, HOLD any items before the sale has started – again, please do not ask to be an exception. JUST COME TO THE SALE – IT'S THE ONLY FAIR WAY FOR EVERYONE. 

DO NOT VISIT THE ADDRESS until sale day. THE MOTION ALARM IS VERY LOUD. If we have to come turn off the alarm, we have to assume you were up to no good and we will have the authorities handle it from there – the cameras don’t lie. Once our staff arrives to turn off the alarm, we will be free to answer any questions before opening.  

WE GLADLY ACCEPT :  CASH, DEBIT, & CREDIT (no Amex). We also accept Paypal or Venmo for purchases under $500. 

We DO NOT require masking or vaccination but DO REQUIRE you respect everyone and use proper social distancing while at the sale. We are all in this together and we all have one thing in common – WE LOVE ESTATE SALES. 

We realize many of you may want to make multiple purchases, therefore, we will have plenty of staff on site to help run your purchases to the hold tables near the checkout as you continue to shop. Please note: HOLD MEANS SOLD so shop slowly and be sure you want what you are “holding”. Anyone who holds items and then decides to later not purchase those items may lose the right to purchase anything at all. 

Besides that, everything else you folks already know applies. Don’t block driveways or mailboxes, bring lots of boxes and packing supplies, and most of all HAVE FUN! ESTATE SALES ARE FUN!
