*ATTENTION: Entrance to this gated community will be welcome to all shoppers but please tell the guard you are here for the estate sale and BRING THE ADDRESS since there are no estate sale signs allowed in this exclusive community. The sale is several turns into the community once you go thru the gate house so you will need to take the address to find the sale. DO NOT ASK THE GUARD FOR DIRECTIONS, he is going to have a very busy day with our crowd and we want to keep him smiling! Plenty of great WIDE street parking, do not park on grass and do not block driveways please - thanks!

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on which way you are coming from -your GPS may try to take you in the rear entrance which is for residents only -  use only the main gate house near Enterprise Road & Woodmore Road and tell the guard you are going to the sale. In short, if there is no guard house , you are in the wrong place - you are at the residence only entrance and its approx. 1 mile west to the main guard house.

WHY FOLKS LOVE OUR ESTATE SALES – NEWBIES PLEASE READ:

We are one of the last “old school – on-site estate liquidation companies” in the area. By that, we keep the sale to just two days. We open right at 9am Day 1 and we sell all day until 3pm, prices Day 1 are firm to keep the line moving. To insure our early-birds get first chance at the treasures of their choice – we are onsite by 7:30 am to give out numbers for a nice, orderly opening at 9am. One # per person and you must be present to get a number. You can then leave and get breakfast ect and be back a few minutes before 9 to line-up. Once we are open a couple hours, you don’t need a # - just come on in and shop.

WE WILL NEVER open early, pre-sell items, we don’t ship or sell online, we don’t hold items or take payment info over the phone – SIMPLY COME TO THE SALE AND GET IN LINE – IT’S THE ONLY FAIR WAY TO OPERATE A SALE. We also do not give out price information prior to sale day – again, just come to the sale. Day 2 we will discount items (usually 50% except precious metals) as well as make deal prices for unpriced household items.

 IMPORTANT – You will get a much better deal a few hours before final day close than a few minutes before closing. Doors are locked and our cashier & credit card machines are shut down right at stated closing time to finalize our accounting. Be sure to ALLOW PLENTY OF TRAVEL & SHOPPING TIME. In some cases when we are very busy in a full house, we may even stop allowing folks into the house BEFORE stated closing time to insure we close on time – again – PLAY IT SAFE AND COME EARLY. Our great sales run TEN HOURS each weekend – that’s plenty of time to come do some shopping. We accept CASH, CREDIT & DEBIT – sorry no checks.

6% Maryland Sales Tax Applies - *Dealer/ Tax-Exempt purchases must be accompanied by your up to date MARYLAND ONLY Sales & Use Certificate unless you are already in our system.

ALL SALES FINAL and being sold as is, as found in the estate.

Plenty of parking but please do not block driveways and be sure to treat all neighbor’s lawn with care. Early birds - please remember weekends are most folks day off - keep the noise to a minimum when waiting out front.
