o We welcome all shoppers and because it is a PRIVATE sale inside our client's home, we ask you to PLEASE SIGN OUR EMAIL LIST. YOU KNOW WHO WE ARE, WE WANT TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE.
o You are giving permission to be recorded by camera when entering the sale premises.
o We can limit the number of shoppers in the home at any one time- based on the sale circumstances and inventory. If a lot of shoppers enter at one time, the same number will have to stand in line to check out.
o Estatemax uses a cash discount program/ merchant processor-"SLICE". Our pricing is always set for cash sales. If the buyer chooses to use a credit card, the buyer pays all merchant processing fees associated with the transaction, on both ends. Estate Max does not absorb these costs. No checks accepted. ID required.
o Please pay in cash instead of using Debit, Please bring small bills...(The advertised debit Zero liability debit guarantee is not honored by many banks anymore, because of high incidence of phishing. So, if they want to accuse you of scamming your own account, you lose. Ask me for my personal story about NAVY Federal Credit Union)
o Arguing with EstateMax personnel, for any reason, is cause to ask you to leave the premises. We are not your challenge of the day. We make all final determinations of pricing. We discount daily. THAT IS the price. (We want you to have a nice shopping experience, but it is not our responsibility to entertain you and estate sales are not "spas". To relax, go there.) Handling several hundred buyers in a few days IS hectic, and is very stressful for the operators. Pushing, shoving, giving us a hard time about the price of a trinket is argumentative and childish. Be realistic. Your business is appreciated.
o (NO personal Cell phone conversations will be tolerated while in the home. It is distracting. We try to create a productive atmosphere. Leave your chaos at home. Thank you.
o EstateMax assumes no liability for the condition of our client's PERSONAL OR REAL property.
o All sales are absolutely final- no returns or refunds, no guarantees or warranties on merchandise. It is used goods. (Make sure it fits and works before you pay for it.) Caveat emptor. EstateMax does not test electronics, machinery. Clothes should fit. Everything is sold "AS-IS". Plug it in, turn the key and try it out before paying.
o Shop with your wallet in your pocket, leave your purse at home.
o Neither EstateMax nor our client is responsible for personal accidents, inside or outside of their property. We take many precautions to create a safe shopping environment. Please pay attention! and be considerate of other shoppers.
o “Holds” will be honored for 20 minutes on the “hold table”. Going to the bank machine? Leave a 20% non-refundable deposit."Hoarding" at the cashier will not be tolerated. All items brought to the hold table are your commitment to buy. No put backs.

The sale is over daily at the advertised time, unless we opt to keep it running. Please don’t show up 15 min before the published closing time. The sale is over when it is over, not the day after. We do not sell to people who "buy after the sale is over...?!"
o Please shop, pay the cashier, then remove purchases to your vehicle and come back for more.
o "Hoarding" at the cashier will not be tolerated. All items brought to the hold table are your commitment to buy. No put backs.

o Schedule pick up of Large furniture w/cashier at POS. All is removed with EstateMax supervision, by your own labor, unless we have labor on hand . Please be prepared with a vehicle for removal.
o It is courteous of you and a realistic expectation of us for you to tip our laborers (in cash) for any assistance they give you. The cashier will give you the expected tip amount.
o Park as marked on the street or in the driveway, if available.

o FURNITURE PRICES ARE POSTED IN EACH ROOM OR AREA. SMALLS ARE TYPICALLY INDIVIDUALLY PRICED OR SIGNED AS MAKE OFFERS, AS APPROPRIATE.
o OUR PRICES ARE VERY FAIR TO BEGIN WITH-
o DISCOUNTS ARE POSTED DAILY. 10% DEALER'S DISCOUNT ON DAY 1 ONLY WITH TAX ID. RE-SELLERS DESERVE THE DISCOUNT, THE PUBLIC IS NOT "IN BUSINESS."
• UNLESS IT IS POSTED AS "MAKE OFFERS", NEGOTIATIONS ARE WELCOME ONLY ON VOLUME PURCHASES, MEANING QUANTITIES (MORE THAN 12) OF SMALLS OR ON CAPITAL ITEMS. NO DICKERING ON TRIVIAL AMOUNTS UNDER $10 EVER.
• WE DO NOT PRESELL OR RESERVE MERCHANDISE FOR PICK UP. YOU MUST SHOW UP TO BUY! NO EXCEPTIONS.
• PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES IF YOU PLAN ON BUYING BOOKS AND BREAKABLES. WE NEVER HAVE ENOUGH BOXES AND WE CHARGE $1
