• We respect, value and invite dealers to our sales. For tax-free purchases, dealers must present a valid resale certificate on purchases over $200. Even if we know you, we need this information for our records. No certificate means that you must pay tax. Thank you for your understanding.
• No shopping bags, please.
• All items are sold AS-IS and all sales are FINAL. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds. No Exceptions.
• Please bring help to remove your purchases. We cannot help you move or carry items to your car.
• We are not responsible for accidents or injuries either inside or outside the property.
• We will provide a sign-up sheet the morning of the sale at 9am. We will honor a pre-list if created fairly, and every name/person on the list is present and waiting. No dropping lists with 15 names the night before and leaving. These lists will be trashed.
