Unless other wise directed before the end of the sale we will ship all items after payment
15% buyers premium is charged to the final auction price .
Everything sold AS IS WHERE IS. Item descriptions are provided as a general guide only and should in no instance replace first hand inspection by a prospective buyer or his/her agent. Auction Monkey, nor Hammer's Antiques, nor the consignor makes any express or implied warranty or representation as to the condition of any lot offered for sale, and no statement made at any time, whether oral or written, shall constitute such a warranty or representation. Bidders agreed by the act and or process of registration to bid to hold harmless, owners, employees and agents of Auction Monkey, Hammer's Antiques & Collectibles and Consignors from any and all acts that may arise from acts of God, War, Civil Unrest, Natural Disasters, Computer Failures, Cyber Attacks, Alien Invasion, Rapture, Global Warming, Global Cooling, Earthquakes, Zombie Attacks, Terrorist Attacks or other unplanned or planned acts occurring that effect the auction process.
All buyers, bidders further agree by the act and or process of registration to Indemnify and hold harmless the seller and their agents and further agree that any actions arising from any dispute to be settled in arbitration filled in the state and county of where the sale was conducted.
In house shipping for all listed items
We will in all cases attempt to combine items into one package to save on shipping fees and unless otherwise directed will choose the best value for shipping. Due to insurance regulations we can not ship to PO boxes
