We look forward to seeing you all Sunday, which is the last day of the sale. There will be DEEP DISCOUNTS! Due to the crowds, we will use numbers again. No temporary numbers systems will be honored. Numbers will be given out promptly at 9am.
All sales are final and include 6% tax. No refunds, exchanges or returns. Please check all items carefully before purchasing. All items must be picked up by end of sale hours on Sunday.
CA$H definitely preferred! Checks accepted with legal IDs. If checks do not clear all charges will be assessed to customer. Credit will be accepted with additional 3% credit card fee. We reserve the right to check any and all bags brought into the sale including backbacks, totes, etc.

Sunday, 10/26, from 10-4 is the final day of the estate sale of Margaret Graham Kranking, renowned local American watercolor artist.

Margaret Graham Kranking  (1930-2013) was the epitome of an American watercolor artist who was unwavering in her devotion to her medium and choice of subject matter. Kranking's vibrant works capture the fleeting beauty of sunlight and color that usually only survives in our mind's eye. She painted our favorite flowers, gardens and landscapes in statement-making proportion and had a dedicated following. 

This sale contains her life work of over 300 framed and unframed paintings.

Directions: Sale is on a ONE-WAY street. Parking on side streets nearby is the best option. From 495: Take Connecticut Ave. south towards DC, go left on East West Highway, right on Brookeville Rd, left on Thornapple, right on Delfield, left on Taylor St--or park on Delfield and walk down a few houses. Please be mindful of driveways and parking legally in the neighborhood. Driveway will be kept clear IDs. If checks do not clear all charges will be assessed to customer.
