2) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made.
3) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
4) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
5)Enter at front door only. 25 people at a time.

Lots of large furniture pieces such as dining room table, dining room chairs, buffet, sofas, rugs, desks, all can be purchased upon arrival and arranged for pickup. We do not have a delivery option.
Toys, holiday decor, art, home decor, designer clothes and handbags, crystal stemware, all prices reasonably to sell.
