Cash and Chip Credit Cards are accepted forms of payment. There is no internet on the premises. We will attempt to use the credit card device but please come prepared with cash just in case. Bring help to load large items. Bring boxes and bags for your purchases. Please use caution when on the premises, we will not be responsible for accidents or injuries. DO NOT walk on the driveway for your own safety. There are bricks that have pushed up out of the ground and it is a trip/fall hazard. Use the sidewalk leading to the house. Prices are set according to the condition of item. Prices will not be released before the start of the sale. No Holds. Inspect your items prior to checking out; all items are final sales, as is condition, no refunds, no exchanges will be given. All sales are subject to sales tax. No large purses, backpacks, etc. We reserve the right to inspect bags. Family reserves the right to pull items prior to the sale. Cameras on premises.
