All items sold As Is, Where Is with no warranty express or implied and absolutely no returns. Immediate removal required by 3:00 PM on Saturday, THE LAST DAY OF THE SALE. We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Cards ($ 25.00 minimum on e-commerce). We charge Maryland Sales Tax unless you have a Maryland Resale Certificate--please being a copy of your sales tax number.
If you purchase furniture, please bring help to move it. There is a limited number of boxes and a limited amount of packing materials on site.
COVID-19 NOTICE:
We encourage you to wear a face covering, maintain social distancing, and get a squirt of hand sanitizer upon entering. Also, we reserve the option to limit the number of people inside the premises at any one time. We are not responsible for any sickness or injury resulting from attendance at our sale.

WE HAVE 4 TREASURE HUNT ROOMS: The FIRST IS ELECTRONICS, THE SECOND IS SEWING, THE  THIRD IS CRAFTS AND THE FOURTH IS THE GARAGE.  A "Treasure Hunt Room" is a room with so much stuff that there is no room to display it all so you can pick through it for treasures. See the pictures just added!
