If necessary, we will limit the number of people inside the house at one time. We will make every effort to make your safety [and ours] a priority, so we ask for your patience and understanding as we adjust to make this possible. Please note, if we feel anyone is risking another's health or safety, they will be asked to leave the premises.

PAYMENT FORMS ACCEPTED: Cash and Checks accepted with 2 ID's All non cash/check purchases will hav 3% added to the total Please be respectful of the next door neighbors property. If purchasing furniture please be prepared with your help to load. NO EARLY ENTRY WILL BE ALLOWED. We Reserve the right to limit the amount of persons in the house at any one time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: Please note that all items must be paid for prior to removal. Please provide your own bags, boxes, packing materials, and muscle. Once purchased, you will be responsible for your items.
