Antiques & Collectibles Auction Terms & Conditions Galaxy Auction Company Buyer’s Premium A buyer’s premium of 15% will be added to the successful bid price of each lot when paid by credit or debit card. Discounted to 10% for cash or check Items must be paid for and picked up by Wednesday following the auction’s conclusion. Galaxy Auction Company reserves the right to require payment by wire transfer. Sales Tax Maryland sales tax (6%) will be added to all purchases unless a valid sales and use/resale certificate for Maryland is on file. Resale certificates may not be used for purchases under $200. Auction Dates & Bidding, Bidding opens April 5, 2026, and closes April 12, 2026. Lot #1 closes at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday March 15, 2026, Each subsequent lot will close at 10-second intervals. This auction features a soft close: Any bid placed within the final one (1) minute of a lot’s scheduled closing will extend that lot by one (1) additional minute. All other lots will continue to close as scheduled. Bidders are encouraged to place bids early. Galaxy Auction Company is not responsible for computer, internet, or user errors. Inspection & Condition All items are sold “AS IS,” WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. In-person inspection is strongly encouraged. Condition reports and additional photos are available upon request. Lots are sold as pictured. Many lots are group lots and will not be separated. By placing a bid, bidders acknowledge they have inspected the item(s) or waived their right to inspection and accept the item(s) in “AS IS” condition. Electronics not marked Tested (meaning basic function tested) should be considered untested, or as is. High-Value Bids Bidders intending to place a bid over $1,000 on any lot must contact the auctioneer for pre-approval. Preview & Pickup Preview Hours: Monday through Wednesday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (No appointment required) Pickup Hours: Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM All invoices must be picked up by Wednesday following the auction, unless prior arrangements are made. Items not picked up within the stated timeframe may incur storage fees. Items left more than two (2) weeks become the property of Galaxy Auction Company. Shipping Please confirm shipping eligibility prior to bidding. Some items may require third-party shipping. Shipping estimates are available upon request. On the Monday following the auction, winning bidders will receive an email from us. Please let us know if you plan on paying cash/check then. Otherwise credit cards will be processed on Monday. Galaxy Auction Company reserves the right to decline in-house shipping. Items ship within 10 days of payment, when applicable. Shipping and handling fees will be applied to invoices Shipping invoices must be paid within 72 hours. Unpaid or declined shipping charges will result in forfeiture of items. Shipping Restrictions – Precious Metals & High-Value Items No shipping is available for gold, silver, coins, watches, or certain high-value items unless payment is made with verified guaranteed funds. Accepted guaranteed payment methods include cash, wire transfer, or Zelle. Credit card payments or unverified funds do not qualify for shipping on these items. Determination of what constitutes a high-value item is at the sole discretion of Galaxy Auction Company. Items not eligible for shipping must be picked up in person within the stated pickup timeframe. Payment & Forfeiture All items must be paid in full by Wednesday following the auction. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of item(s). Bidding Restrictions Galaxy Auction Company does not guarantee the condition or authenticity of any item. Buyers are responsible for all research prior to bidding.
