Nice, old school estate sale in packed house in Gaithersburg - Two floors of antiques, collectibles, dolls, art, china & glassware - PLUS a large basement, garage, even trailer -  with 1000s of additional items to pick through. First shoppers in the basement will see we didn't even have time to open many of the boxes - some are still full of unwrapped contents -  a true pickers paradise. Plan on spending lots of time digging thru time!

Easy location just steps from the corner of Woodfield Road (Rt. 124 & Brink Road) in Gaithersburg/Laytonsville. FOLLOW ESTATE SALE SIGNS.

This estate is so packed with merchandise it has taken us weeks to stage. If we were to price every item it would take another several weeks. Therefore, a few items will be priced and THE ENTIRE REST OF THE SALE will be priced at the register. We encourage you to make piles of merchandise and we will give you a quick "pile price". If you agree to the price you simply pay and be on your way. If you dont agree with our price we will restock it for you and you will still be on your way. No time for haggling and individual pricing - we need to empty this estate in just 3 days and it is packed! The family has also given us a list of a very few items they still need to find - if you happen to find the 1 in a million item not for sale we reserve the right to return it to the family, thanks for understanding. This should be a real fun sale for everyone - bring an empty truck, wear comfortable shoes and dress warm for the garage, driveway and basement and allow plenty of shopping time. 

 Plenty of great street parking but please stay off the neighbors grass - its very wet. 

Out staff will bring a sign up sheet very early  on Friday & Saturday for those wishing to have first entrance into the sale when we open at 9am. Whoever is there when our staff arrives will be placed on the list then the list will be at the end of the driveway until sale time - our list is the only list that counts. You must be present to have your name on the list - DO NOT sign up friends and family if they are not yet at the sale. At a few minutes before 9am we will line up for an orderly entrance so remember your corresponding number on the sign in sheet. We will let in the first 25 people in line at 9am and then it will be one in - one out to insure no accidents.

Plenty of parking but please do not block driveways and be sure to treat all neighbor’s lawn with care. Early birds - please remember weekends are most folks day off - keep the noise to a minimum when waiting out front.
