TERMS of SALE:

All items sold As Is, Where Is with no warranty express or implied and absolutely no returns. Immediate removal required by 3:00 PM on Saturday, THE LAST DAY OF THE SALE. We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Cards ($ 25.00 minimum on e-commerce). We charge Maryland Sales Tax unless you have a Maryland Resale Certificate--please being a copy of your sales tax number.
If you purchase furniture, please bring help to move it. There is a limited number of boxes and a limited amount of packing materials on site.
COVID-19 NOTICE:
We encourage you to wear a face covering, maintain social distancing, and get a squirt of hand sanitizer upon entering. Also, we reserve the option to limit the number of people inside the premises at any one time. We are not responsible for any sickness or injury resulting from attendance at our sale.

We start our estate sale season with a truly great sale of an outdoors man who loved boating and fishing. We have two Jupiter Defiant (folding) Electric Mountain Bikes, new-in-the box. There is a lot of antique and contemporary furniture, art with a lighthouse theme, as described below:

The sale is in a private townhome with limited parking in front of the townhome.  The space in front is for loading furniture, only, all other parking spaces are reserved for other homeowners. Parking on side streets (will be updated with the address).
