The townhouse is full and very small; so be patient and careful as items may fall. Prices are set according to the condition of item. Prices will not be released before the start of the sale. No Holds. Inspect your items prior to checking out; all items are final sales, as is condition, no refunds, no exchanges will be given. All sales are subject to sales tax. No large purses, backpacks, etc. We reserve the right to inspect bags. Cameras on premises. Although we discourage it, there are times when an family members might pull items advertised.

Germantown townhouse is packed full. If you like lighthouses, this is the place to be...every shape and size. Just in time for spring, you will find plenty of gardening pots, plants, tools, decor, soil, storage and additives. In addition to full kitchen, lots of furniture, including an Ethan Allen Cabinet. Lots of tools and painting supplies. Check out the pictures for a more comprehensive idea of what is included in this sale.
Parking is just about non-existent. Signs on the street outside the complex are confusing and most say no parking. No visitor spots are designated Lots of signs warning of towing. Suggest maybe tag teaming with another driver to be safe.
