Jaybird July Auction

When bidding on any lot offered by Jaybird Auctions, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you have read or understand the said terms. All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. Please ask questions before bidding. We encourage bidder inspection. Reach out to auction house to schedule an appointment.

Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. All credit and debit payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee. In-house buyer's premium is 20%. All wire transfer payments are subject to any banking related fees. Auction house accepts cashier's check or cash at pickup. We do not accept American Express. If paying by any option other than credit card buyer must notify auction house within 24 hours of the auction closing to avoid the auto payment.

All pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY at 351 South Potomac Street (REAR ENTRANCE) Hagerstown, MD 21740.

Friday, July 31st (10am - 4pm)

Saturday August 1st (10am -4pm)

Jaybird Auctions offers in-house shipping on smaller, non-fragile items. To request in-house shipping please contact info@jaybirdauctions.com. In-house shipping will be billed separately through Swipe Simple. Please note it can take up to 3 weeks for your item to ship out and will not ship out until shipping has been paid for. For all other small items that can be shipped via mail we recommend using our preferred UPS Pack and Ship Store 5907. All larger items such as arcade games, jukeboxes, etc. are third-party shipping only. If you need help locating a reliable shipper please refer to the suggested shipper list on our website - https://www.jaybirdauctions.com/shipping If you have any questions please feel free to message the auction house.

** If you are having your items shipped through UPS or another third party carrier please reach out to them to arrange ASAP after the close of the auction.**

TAX EXEMPT BIDDERS must provide a tax ID to the auction house prior to the close of the auction or it will not be reflected on the invoice. Please email a copy of ID to info@jaybirdauctions.com.

RE-OFFER PURCHASED LOTS - Jaybird Auctions, at its discretion, may re-offer at a future auction a lot that was purchased at this auction provided the buyer has made payment in full, the lot or any portion thereof has not been removed from the auction house, and the lot sold for a hammer price of at least $200. Buyer must sign an auction consignment agreement that includes a selling commission to utilize this service. This agreement must be signed prior to the 14 day pickup period.

Buyer releases Jaybird Auctions from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney fees, for any claims brought against Jaybird Auctions for loss or damage occurring in transit.
