Personal Property Preview: Monday June 5^th, 2023 from 5 PM – 6 PM

Directions: At the intersection of Rt. 50 and Porter Mill Rd. (To the North of Hebron) Turn South West onto Porter Mill Rd. and follow for 2.7 miles to Braggs Lane. Turn left onto Braggs Lane and follow for 0.4 miles to Rewastico Rd. Turn right onto Rewastico Rd and follow for 0.3 miles to Property on right. This is a Private Driveway. Please do not drive down the driveway at any time other than the Preview and Auction Pickup Day.

Tractor/Brush Cutter: 1997 John Deere 6400 Tractor, Garage Kept, 100HP, 16 speed power quad trans with standard enclosed cab, heat and air, 540/1000 PTO, showing just 5,233 hours.  John Deere MX10 Rotary Cutter, Hydraulic Tail Lift. Front And Rear Chain Guards. Dual Laminated Tail Wheels. 540 PTO With Slip Clutch. Stump Jumpers excellent paint and condition always barn kept.

Implements: Agco White model 6600 6-row planter with 5 split-row units and Liquid Fertilizer attachments (good to excellent condition always barn kept), Grapple Bucket attachment.

Terms Personal Property: Visa/MC/Amex/Discover or approved check. 10% Buyer Premium. All property is sold "As Is, Where Is", and All Sales are Final. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age genuineness, authenticity, value or any other determinative factor. Pick Up Date: Items must be picked up at the Auction Site in Hebron, MD on FRIDAY June 9^th, 2023 by appointment.  This is the only time that the Auction Co. will be onsite at the home for Pickup. Items not picked up by Friday June 9^th, 2023 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Auction Co. And/Or Property owner. If you unable to attend the Auction pickup you must designate a person to pick your items up for you. Buyer is responsible for the following requirements. #1: Buyer is responsible for removing all items from the Property. #2 Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower required to move your items off of the property. #3 Buyer is Responsible for bringing any tools, straps, trailers, loading equipment required to remove your items from the property. The items that you purchased will be situated on the property as they were photographed at the time of the cataloging. Buyer is responsible for verifying that you have all of your items before leaving the property. NO Shipping will be provided by the Auction Co due to size of the items. If you require shipping/hauling you will be responsible for coordinating it.

Preview: Auction Co. will be onsite at the farm on Monday June 5th, 2023 from 5 PM – 6 PM The public is invited to preview the items being auctioned during that time frame.
