6% MARYLAND SALES TAX APPLIES.

ALL SALES ARE "AS-IS" AND FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Plenty of parking available in front and in back of our warehouse. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles.
We are not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur inside, around, or outside the sale.
We buy entire estates and select UNIQUE FURNITURE and furnishings that are moved to our WAREHOUSE for you to purchase at reasonable prices.
We DO NOT carry kitchen items, clothes, toys, tools, linens, etc. as they are sold to other dealers.
Buyers must bring help/vehicles/materials for loading and transport - staff is not authorized to assist in the lifting or loading of items.

All items must be removed by 4pm the last day of the sale unless other arrangements are made. We have movers that we can recommend.
