ALL SALES ARE "AS-IS" AND FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Plenty of parking available in front and in back of our warehouse. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles.
We are not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur inside, around, or outside the sale.
We buy UNIQUE FURNITURE and furnishings from estates that are moved to our Warehouse for you to select from and purchase at reasonable prices.
We DO NOT buy or carry kitchen items, clothes, toys, tools, linens, etc.
Buyers must bring help/vehicles/materials for loading and transport - staff is not authorized to assist in the lifting or loading of items.

All items must be removed by 4pm the last day of the sale unless other arrangements are made. We have movers that we can recommend.
