* No pre-sales or releasing of prices prior to
the sale unless mentioned in the description

* Bring your own bags, packing paper, and
boxes for your purchased items.
* We reserve the right to check your bags
before you leave the sale.
* Please contact Attics to Basements Moving
Services, LLC if you need assistant moving
hauling large pieces.
* Large items must be picked up on or before
the conclusion of the sale.
* Some sale require removal of shoes, shoe
protectors will also be provided by the
estate sale company.
* The client is still going through their items.
