Please follow these parking guidelines:

Drive slowly and use caution when entering and exiting the driveway.

Park perpendicular to the driveway in the designated field.

Park closely and neatly alongside other vehicles to maximize available parking space.

Follow all posted signs and traffic cones directing you to the parking area.

Please keep the driveway clear for incoming and outgoing vehicles.

We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and credit cards.

A 3.75% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.

SHOPPING & PICKUP

Please bring your own help to move and load large or heavy items. Our staff is unable to move furniture or assist with loading.

Bring your own bags, boxes, and packing materials, especially for fragile purchases.

All purchased items must be removed from the property in accordance with the sale's pickup requirements.

PROPERTY RULES

No smoking anywhere on the property.

No pets permitted.

No public restrooms available.

Please use caution while walking throughout the property, including uneven ground and outdoor areas.
