French Provincial Style Dresser by Gardner: A French Provincial style dresser with mirror by Gardener. This white dresser features a set of six half width drawers with blue trim that rise above tapered legs terminating on arrow feet. The reverse of the dresser is marked “Gardner.”Set of Federal Style Upholstered Dining Chairs: A set of Federal style mahogany upholstered dining chairs. The set includes one armchair and four sides. The chairs feature a mahogany frame and are upholstered in purple silk and trimmed in pink gimp. The chairs rise on front fluted legs ending with arrow feet and curved back legs. The legs and aprons are embellished with carved details and painted gold. The armchair has gold painted acanthus leaves accenting the arm supports. Unmarked.Hand-Knotted Persian Heriz Wool Area Rug: A hand-knotted Persian Heriz wool area rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of crimson, black, ivory, indigo, ochre, and sky blue. Beginning the abrashed lozenged field is a large star medallion, and filled with lancette leaf, ashik, floral, bird, and geometric motifs, along with hooked sawtooth bordered spandrels. Framing the field is a main samovar border and chained florette guard borders. Finishing the rug are double overcast selvedges and a short natural warp ivory fringe to the ends. This oak sideboard with rounded top, overhanging drawer and semicircular pilasters ending in ball feet on castors, enclose a bow front with one drawer over a pair of doors which conceal a storage area. The doors have brass finish pierced rosette knobs and the drawers have brass bail pulls. Unmarked.Country Style Painted Cabinet: A vintage country style painted china cabinet. The set back rectangular top features an arched opening to the two shelves backed with vertically hung beadboard. The top section is painted mint green and rests atop the sideboard. The sideboard is fitted with three aligned drawers with wood knobs over three cabinet doors. The doors open to shelved storage and the piece rises on square, tapered legs. The top, drawer fronts and knobs are painted mint green and the rest is painted white. The distressing is intentional and from use.Maroon Leatherette Recliner: A recliner upholstered in maroon leatherette fabric. This piece features a cushioned back, arms, and seat. The case has three full-width drawers, each having incised carved detail, wood escutcheons and pressed glass knobs.
