Deep Creek Arcade Auction

When bidding on any lot offered by Jaybird Auctions, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you have read or understand the said terms.

All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. Dimensions are listed in inches on each listing and rounded up to the nearest inch. Please ask questions before bidding. We encourage bidder inspection. Reach out to auction house to schedule an appointment.

Invoices will be sent within 72 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Wire transfer or cashier's check required for purchases over $2,500 and for vehicle purchases. If your invoice is under $2,500 then you must pay for your item through Live Auctioneers. We do not accept any payments over the phone.

All pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY at 173 Friendsville Rd, McHenry, MD 21541. The pickup dates for this auction are as follows:

Friday, June 14th, 10am - 4pm
Saturday, June 15th, 10am - 4pm

TAX EXEMPT BIDDERS must upload your tax ID to Live Auctioneers prior to the auction or it will not be reflected on your invoice.

Buyer releases Jaybird Auctions from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney fees, for any claims brought against Jaybird Auctions for loss or damage occurring in transit.
