Pickups for large items can be arranged for Monday 10/03 if needed
Any items not picked up by end of day 10/03 will be forfeited without refund
Homeowners reserve the right to remove any and all lawbreakers or unruly attendees from the property
Homeowners are not responsible for accidents on estate sale premises
Sunday 10/02, large selection of items remaining will be marked 25% off, with an additional 25% off in the last 2 hours of sale
