2. A Sign-in-Sheet will be left at the FRONT DESK in the LOBBY of this building on Thursday afternoon, September 1st, at 5:00 PM for people to sign up early, so that they won’t have to line up early on Friday. On Friday morning, entrance to the house will be in the order that names appear on the Sign-In Sheet.
3 Driving directions are available on GPS devices, Google Maps, and WAZE. No direction signs will be posted on the streets; but there will be a sign in front of the apartment building.
4. Please bring bags for smaller purchased items.
5. Please plan to bring help with you or hire movers for moving the large pieces of furniture.
6. Payment for all items purchased must be in CASH. However, if you are a dealer with a dealer ID, a personal check from a local bank will be accepted with proper dealer identification.

There are also a vast number of Second Printings, older books, and un-autographed books. This is an amazingly large collection of First Editions, First Printings, and Autographed books written by too many authors to be able to name all of them. There are also numerous duplications of books. There are First Editions of MANY of the books written by Stephen King. This is the estate sale of a woman who also wrote mysteries. This artist, Thomas (Tom) Morris, who recently and suddenly passed away, was well-known throughout the United States and abroad; and he taught at the Corcoran School of Art, here in Washington, DC, for a number of years. Additionally, hundreds of his paintings and drawings of the highest quality and in all sizes--interesting and very beautiful artwork--are all being sold at a fraction of their value! Also, there are at least 50 sketch books that are filled to capacity with his beautiful drawings and paintings, many fit to be removed and framed for hanging.
