Prices are not generally negotiable on the first day of the sale
Please bring help to move heavy/large items
Furniture will need to be picked up by the end of the sale on Sunday. Please talk to us if you have extenuating circumstances. There is loading dock parking available.
Please ask us for a sold sticker if there is a large/heavy item you will be purchasing
All sales are final.
No large bags are allowed (we have lots of bags you can use for your purchases!)
In the event that you cannot find a parking spot at the building, you can park at the nearby Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro station parking garage. Parking there is $5.20 on weekdays and free on weekends.
