We will be having an  Estate Sale this upcoming Weekend .  

Date and Time : 

Saturday and Sunday October 7th and 8th 

9:00 - 2:00 both days.

551 Williamsburg Lane 

Odenton Md. 21113 .

A note for parking , It might be hard to find a parking place on Williamsburg Lane , you might have to park on Chapelgate Dr. and walk a short distance to the sale, if you buy any treasures and you can not carry them  you can drive up and pick them up. 

 
We will have a house loaded with treasures at this sale , please look at the photos to see all of the treasures this sale will have , there are some nice Christmas gifts to start picking up .

*Please make sure when moving furniture you have someone to help you, please do not drag furniture , we cannot scuff the floors or the walls while moving furniture. 

Please remember if you are planning on buying heavy or large pieces of furniture to please bring someone to help you carry and load your treasures , We cannot help you while we are conducting the sale . If you should buy a large or heavy item and you do not have anyone to help you , we can make arrangements with you after the sale or at a later time when you have someone to help you.

*Neither Searching For Treasures, The Homeowners, or Anyone else is responsible for any accidents or injuries while on the property , you are entering at your own risk .

*Please do not block any of the neighbors mailboxes or driveways .

*Please do not bring pets to the sale .

*No food or drinks allowed into the home .

*No available restrooms to use .

*All sales are final .

* Please do not take it upon yourself to start up a signup sheet or a number system. We do not use this at our sales and we will not honor it .
