No returns once items have been paid for so be sure to look over carefully.
Numbers will be given out one hour prior to the sale. The first 20 people will be let in at the start of the sale then entrance will be permitted as customers exit.
*PLEASE bring loading help and necessary tools for disassemble if buying furniture or larger items.
*Not responsible for accidents on property, enter at your own risk.
*Do NOT block neighboring driveways/mailboxes.
*Periodically an owner will withdraw an item.
