We are helping sellers downsize from their majestic home in a parklike setting (<- Home for sale soon !). 

We offer both a late Friday afternoon pickup ( 4 to 6 PM) and a Saturday pickup ( 9AM  to 1 PM) 

If you are buying a lot of items, ARRIVE EARLY  and allow at least 30 minutes to remove all of your items.

 We are closing the doors at the posted closing time. 

Please allow yourself enough time to remove all of your items by deadline, and bring the necessary packing supplies, and physical help to carry items out.

We provide a few tables for you to QUICKLY gather your purchases to box up and remove to outside. 

Be courteous and don't park on neighbor's lawns or block driveways, thanks
