SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you so much for your interest in our upcoming private estate sale! We’re excited to welcome you into this special Potomac home filled with antiques, artwork, collectibles, furniture, and unique treasures. To help ensure a smooth, safe, and respectful shopping experience for everyone, please review the following terms and conditions before attending:

• Entry is first-come, first-served. Attendees may coordinate their own line system prior to opening, and we will honor whatever system guests have collectively agreed upon.

• This is a private individual sale held inside a family home. Please be respectful of the property, neighbors, and family members, who will be present and helping operate the sale.

• No public restrooms will be available.

• No large purses, bags, backpacks, or totes permitted inside the home. Wallet-sized bags only, please. Limited shopping bags will be available.

• All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.

• All items are sold as-is, where-is. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

• We do not guarantee the working condition of electronics, lamps, appliances, or mechanical items.

• If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for purchasing it.

• Buyers are solely responsible for the removal, transportation, loading, and securing of purchased items. Please bring adequate help, tools, and appropriate vehicles for large furniture purchases.

• Purchasers assume all liability associated with moving large or heavy items from the property.

• All purchased items must be removed before the end of the sale on Sunday unless prior arrangements have been approved by us.

• The driveway is reserved for active loading only. Please do not park in the driveway unless you are actively loading purchased items.

• Street parking only. Please be courteous and do not block driveways, mailboxes, sidewalks, or neighboring properties.

• No food or drinks inside the home.

• Children must remain supervised at all times.

• Enter the property at your own risk. By attending the sale, you acknowledge and accept that the homeowners and sale operators are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages occurring on the property.

• We reserve the right to limit entry, refuse service, or ask anyone to leave for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
