THIS IS A VERY NICE ESTATE WITH MANY INTERESTING ITEMS AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE THIS WEEKEND!

HOW WE RUN OUR SALES:
Unlike most estate sale companies, we ALWAYS have staff on hand to help with the purchase of large or heavy  items at no charge. For an additional fee we also usually offer delivery of items - ask the guys in the orange shirts for a quote.

If you are considering traveling a long distance for just a few things we will be happy to give you a price qoute by contacting us via email or text between the hours of 8am-9pm only. Please do not ask us to PRESELL OR HOLD items. Our first come, first serve #s system is the same for each sale to keep things fair for everyone. (see details below). This is a large, 3 level home and unless the crowd is huge, we should get most everyone in on the first wave. We know its going to be a cold morning and we appreciate all you early birds. All we ask is you be considerate to the neighbors, its their day off to sleep in!

Terms are Cash, Credit, or Debit - WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

6% Maryland Sales Tax Applies - its the law.

All sales are final and all items are being sold as is, as found in the estate.

Please make note of closing times each day - we close promplty to finalize our accounting and secure valuables - for security reasons there will be absolutely no admittance under any circumstances.

Big Bob in the white van will give out numbers by 7:30am Sat. unless we arrive earlier - one number per person - must be present to receive a number - our #s system is the only one we recognize - no exceptions. Once you have a number you may go have breakfast ect and be back by 10 mins till open for line-up.

Any common household items not tagged will be priced at the register by our cashier. If you do not agree with the price, we will gladly restock the item no questions asked but please do not hold up the check-out line haggling over a few dollars.
