ESTATE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By attending and/or making a purchase at this estate sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or warranties of any kind will be provided.

• All items are sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS." Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. No guarantees are made regarding condition, functionality, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. No holds. Items must be removed from the home within 24 hours of purchase otherwise they will be deemed unclaimed and sold to the next buyer.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Not all items in the pictures may be for sale. Items for sale will be tagged.

• Purchased items must be removed by the buyer at the time of sale unless other arrangements have been approved.

• Buyers are responsible for loading, transporting, and securing their purchases. Please bring appropriate help, tools, and vehicles for large items.

• For the safety and comfort of all attendees, no pets are permitted inside the home. Service animals are welcome as required by law.

• Please be respectful of neighbors by parking legally, keeping noise to a minimum, and avoiding blocking driveways, mailboxes, or roadways.

• Security cameras are in use throughout the property. Shoplifting and theft will not be tolerated and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

• All bags, purses, backpacks, boxes, and other carried items are subject to inspection upon entry and/or exit.

• This property contains stairs and other potential trip hazards. Please use caution while walking through the home and property.

• Attendance at the sale and entry onto the property are at your own risk. The estate sale organizers, property owners, and their representatives assume no responsibility and shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, losses, theft, or damages occurring on the premises.

• The estate sale organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone and to remove any individual who fails to comply with these terms or engages in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
