CASH & CREDIT CARDS accepted for this sale. There is a 3% fee for credit cards.

Bring help and equipment to load large items. Bring bags and packing material for small and fragile items.

Enter the barns and property at your own risk. The numbers of people permitted in the barns at any one time is limited. CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE BARNS for their safety.

FRIDAY and SATURDAY: Full Price with almost all items starting at reasonable prices (we say almost all, because we try to set all items at reasonable prices, but you may disagree) with all priced to move from the beginning.

SUNDAY: Most items 50% Off. Some will by only 25% off

NUMBERS: Numbers will be available starting at 11 am on Friday.

This is a 3 day estate for the contents of two barns and the grounds that will run Friday thru Sunday. On Saturday and Sunday, there will be an estate sale for the contents of the 85 year old home. 

The property was first used as a wood and grain 200 years ago and was the last remaining mill in the area until 1925. Three generations of the current family have lived on the property since 1935. There are remnants of the mill that will be sold at the estate sale along with 83 years of accumulation by the current family. Some of the highlights of the sale include:

  • Saws, saw blades, anvil and blacksmith vice from the original mill.
  • Vintage and antique power tools, motors, and tools. Many of the power tools are still working.
  • 1950s push tractor with attachments. 
  • A 1963 pick-up  and a 1979 Ltd
  • Numerous car parts for small block Chevys.
  • Firearms including an antique rabbit ears double barrel shotgun by John Krider and a Ward's Texas Ranger single barrel shotgun.
  • Military items.
  • Old oil cans and other advertising tins
  • Sears Craftsman riding lawn mover and air compressor. Both working.
  • Aged barn wood.
  • 3 small trailers.
  • Antique trunks
  • Electronics going back to the 1930s including Antique and vintage fans that have recently been re-wired.
  • Bubble glass panes from the 1800s.
  • Antique School Bell and Farm Dinner Bell
  • Primatives

The estate sale in the home features that will be on Saturday and Sunday features:

  • A large Train collection that is primarily HO
  • Large Hummel collection including several rare and valuable pieces
  • Large assortment of old canning jars.
