All items sold As Is, Where Is with no warranty express or implied and absolutely no returns. Immediate removal required by 3:00 PM on Sunday, THE LAST DAY OF THE SALE. We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Cards ($ 25.00 minimum on e-commerce with a 3% convenience fee). We charge Maryland Sales Tax unless you have a Maryland Resale Certificate--please being a copy of your sales tax number.
If you purchase furniture, please bring help to move it. There is a limited number of boxes and a limited amount of packing materials on site.
COVID-19 NOTICE:
We encourage you to wear a face covering, maintain social distancing, and get a squirt of hand sanitizer upon entering.
