1. A Sign-in-Sheet will be left at the FRONT ENTRANCE to the Lobby of this building on Friday morning, March 31st at 8:00 AM. Entrance to the sale apartment (Apt. 1416) will be in the order that names appear on the Sign-In Sheet.
2, Driving directions are available on GPS devices, Google Maps, and WAZE. No direction signs will be posted on the streets; but there will be a sign in front of the apartment building.
3. Please bring bags for smaller purchased items.
4. Please plan to bring help with you or hire movers for moving the large pieces of furniture.
5. Payment for all items purchased must be in CASH. However, if you are a dealer with a dealer ID, a personal check from a local bank will be accepted with proper dealer identification.

Also, please plan to bring help with you or hire movers for moving the large and heavier pieces of furniture. Item prices are adjusted to allow for any moving expense that you may have. Payment for all items purchased must be in CASH. However, if you are a dealer with a dealer ID, a personal check from a local bank will be accepted with proper identification. And personal checks for high-priced items (over $300) may be accepted; but these items cannot be removed from the apartment until the check clears the bank.
