Cash only. Please be prepared to load items- You must load yourself- NO HOLDS! All items must be picked up the day of the sale. By attending, you agree to our Hold Harmless Policy/Not responsible for accidents. Please adhere to the designated parking area- at the PARK NEXT DOOR and only shop in allowed areas of display only-no wandering or exploring. No oversized jackets or large pocketbooks/bag allowed - Thieves will be escorted off premises by MoCo police, and not allowed to purchase anything. If number of attendees becomes great at once, number of people allowed in the main house at once will be limited to 10 at a time. Children under 10 not allowed due to antiques. Children over 10 MUST stay with parents at all times/1 per parent. No smoking on premises.

Outside of those things, enjoy and have fun! There is a lot to see…. Very unique and not a YARD SALE.

Come one- come all! We invite you to attend a very unique estate sale. This property has been family owned for years and contains a ton of things you don’t normally see. Most items will be tagged, however smaller items will need legitimate offers e real-no low ballers). This is truly an estate sale and not a yard/garage sale. Most all furniture and collectibles date from the mid-60s and back.. not mid century modern or 70s/80s kind of sale. 
Items include, but not limited to: furniture, train collection tables, cast iron/metal coin banks-some mechanical, glassware, clocks, tools, hand tools, looming equipment, lights, swords, cabinets, tractor(Gravely), machinist tools, handmade furniture, yard statuary, and …. More!  
 

Additional pictures will be added this week. Address will be posted the morning of the sale. Sale begins at 9:00am-goes to 3:00 or until sold out. Please be respectful of others. Adhere to parking areas and BE CAREFUL PARKING AND ON THE STREET. STREET IS HEAVILY TRAVELED AND WILL REQUIRE you to pay attention when parking and leaving.
