SUNS OUT FUNS OUT!! Join us this Thursday & Friday in SILVER SPRING MD for our latest Estate Sale! The Address will be released promptly at 7am on our website & Facebook page. As soon as you see The Address, head on over to the sale & Find Kristina! She will be at the entranceof the development, wearing yellow & waiting for you to arrive! As soon as you arrive, give her your name to be placed on The List. Give her your name first, then find a parking spot. The List will determine the order of entry into the sale when the doors open. First to arrive, first inside. Parking will be neighborhood street parking. Handicapped parking is available.

Items are priced. Items not priced are $20 or less. Dont forget to bring extra bags 🛍 Customer limit into the sale will be determined before the sale begins. Name tape will be provided for larger items you can't carry right away. Simply place your tape on the item to claim it. We can help move and load your items. Holding tables will be provided as well. Items on holding tables are already spoken for, and are not available. We do not sell items prior to the sale. All photos are current & up to date. We also do not hold items prior to the sale. Everything in the sale is first come first served. Must be present to purchase. Cash, card & venmo accepted 🌞 See you soon!
