NUMBERS: these will be given by Text starting after 12 pm Thursday, June 13th. DO NOT TEXT BEFORE THEN. Include your name. I will respond with your number. This is my first time to try this, so please be understanding. Numbers are only valid until 10:15 am. I am letting them run past 10 am because you are not allowed to enter Leisure World before 9:45 am on Saturday.

FURNITURE REMOVAL: As per Leisure World, furniture CANNOT be removed during the weekend. So we will need to make arrangements for Monday or Tuesday after the sale once I negotiate it with management.

This is the estate sale for Joyce Lyons Terhes. Joyce was a major figure in the Republican Party including serving as the RNC Chairwoman for Maryland for a number of years from Reagan through the Bush years. This means that there are a lot of political memorabilia from buttons to autographed photos & books to invitations and White House Christmas Cards. She was an avid collector of Oyster Plates and the large one gallon Oyster Tins. There is a total of 31 Oyster Plates and 6 Tins. The most notable piece is the extremely rare Stag Oyster Tin. She has a nice collection of Waterford crystal glasses and a small collection of jewelry that includes Gavinchy and Carolee as well as some elegant pieces that were worn to the White House and other major events. The furniture is all in excellent condition and of good quality including Ethan Allen and two older pieces of Henkel-Harris.
