Caring Transitions is adhering to the State of Maryland Corona Virus guidelines. Masks are required for entry to this sale. Temperatures will be checked and hand sanitizer will also be offered at the door. We accept cash, debit and credit cards only. Each buyer should come prepared to load and carry your items from the premises after purchase. Caring Transitions cannot provide any labor. Each buyer is responsible for looking over items and ensuring they are functional and in good condition before purchasing those items. All sales are FINAL!

**EARLY BIRD SIGN-UP PROCESS**
A staff member will start taking names on a sign-up sheet starting at 9:00AM on each day of the estate sale. PLEASE DO NOT START A SIGN-UP SHEET OF YOUR OWN. It will not be valid.
You can only add yourself to the list. You cannot sign up friends or family. They must be present to add themselves to the list.
If you are not present when your name is called, we will move on to the next customer. If you return, your name will be added to the end of the list. If you no longer want to be on the list, please notify the staff member to be removed.
A maximum number of people will be allowed into the property and that number will be determined by the size of the house. A staff member will notify you of the maximum number allowed on the day of the sale.
Doors will open promptly at 10:00AM.
