When entering tell the gate guard that you are there for an estate sale on Interlachen Drive and they will let you in.
I apologize for the date of sale changing. With all estate sales there are issues that need to be resolved. That said the sale will take place soon and I promise it will be worth your visit. CASH & VENMO ONLY. No credit cards will be accepted, all sales are final, as is, with no returns.
Bring tools to take apart bed frames and such.
Bring help to load large items. No bags or backpacks will be allowed.
We will not be putting out a sign-up sheet but will honor whatever system those waiting in line have started
