Barn Sale Guidelines
1. SellnBuyU utilizes a number system for order of entry due to limited space. Numbers will be available 1 hour prior to sale.
2. Enter at your own risk. SellnBuyU is not responsible for any accidents. By entering the barn, you agree to enter at your own risk and hold harmless SellnBuyU Auctions, LLC of any and all liability.
3. Cash and Credit Cards accepted.
4. All sales are final. All items are sold "as is". Be sure to inspect all items before buying.
5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Privately Listed Sale
SellnBuyU is a local company that acquires vintage and antique estate finds from MD and PA estate sales. These finds are often acquired through small estate lots from estate companies and/or private sales.
Please note that this sale is located in an old tobacco barn with no heat or air conditioning. Please dress appropriately for the weather and be prepared to get your hands dirty.
Numbers will be available 1 hour prior to sale for entry into the barn. Due to limited space, a limited number of customers will be permitted at one time. Items displayed outside the barn are available for immediate purchase prior to the 9am start time on a first come, first serve basis.
