We accept Cash, Debit and Credit Cards (with a 4 % convenience fee) and we charge Maryland Sales Tax unless you have a Maryland Resale Certificate--please being a copy of your sales tax number and buy more than $ 200.00.
If you purchase furniture, please bring help to move it. Please bring your own bags, boxes and packing materials.
We are NOT responsible for any sickness or injury resulting from attendance at our sale, and we reserve the option to limit the number of people inside the premises at any one time.
All persons must wear booties, which will be provided, inside the premises, except the garage—no exceptions.

The following is a partial description of items in the sale. More information and pictures as we complete the set up for the sale. Updates on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
FURNITURE: Mid-century Danish Modern (by SKOVBY) dining room table and six chairs, matching sideboard, full size bed and dresser, queen sized bed with a pair of end tables, pair of lamps, blanket chest, bookcases, bookshelves, and more, still unpacking. Just Added: pair of end tables, coffee table also from SKOBVY Danish furniture maker.!
Buying Furniture, please bring moving and packing supplies and don’t forget friends to help you remove items.
SMALLS: Walt Disney characters, collectible figurines, plush, movie items, backpacks and more, sports memorabilia, political memorabilia, books, Oreck vacuum, ladies’ clothes and more, still unpacking. Many of the clothes still have the original tables, Disney brand clothing. JUST ADDED trains, China set (Kent /Japanese), Pyrex items, small appliance (some new in box) and much, much more.
