Sign up Sheet will be placed outside front door 16 hours prior to opening. Due to limited space and major demand, tickets will be issued for morning opening on Thursday 15 minutes prior to opening at 9:45 AM. These free tickets will be issued to the first customers who have signed up on the list. We will make every effort to ensure everyone enters the home in a timely manner. Be early, be patient, and please be orderly.
Additional Parking is available in the Community Center located nearby.

Please leave all large bags in your vehicles.

We are a professional estate liquidation company, with an understanding of fair market value. We sell to the buying public and re-sellers. Accepted forms of payment are cash, personal checks (with proper ID), and credit/debit cards (with a $50 minimum, plus taxes and a 3% fee).
