If you are ill, please stay at home, view our offerings on one and contact us should you want to purchase the item(s). No items will be sold over the phone or email prior to 9:30 am on the first day of the sale. Folks in attendance will have first dibs.

ALL ATTENDEES MUST WEAR FACIAL MASKS. No Exceptions! Attendees' hands will be sanitized prior to entry.

A limited number of attendees will be admitted at one time.

Additional Covid protocols will be posted at the sale.

First come - first served! We do not have a sign up sheet so form a line. You will have access to the sale promptly at 9am.

Once inside the estate, we have staff available to help you with your selections. We have a holding table for those items your wish to purchase.

We do not move or load furniture so please come prepared to move your own items before the sale ends!

We accept Cash, ALL MAJOR Credit Cards, and all Good Checks.

Please leave your bags and boxes in your vehicle.

A complimentary packing station is available when checking out. We are happy to provide SOLD tags once your items have been paid for.

We appreciate your cooperation for adhering to designated parking locations. Neighbors have respectfully requested you NOT PARK ON THEIR LAWNS. Thank you for your cooperation!

We do consider internet offers and onsite offers as well. For internet offers, we can accept your offer 1/2 hour into the sale as we honor those who came and stood in line. You can email us with your offer.
