SPECIAL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of all items. A representative will be there to assist, but the winning bidder assumes any and all responsibility for any damage that should take place to items once the winning bidder is on the property.

If Items are NOT picked up during allotted hours or by securing an alternate pickup time, items are to be considered forfeited with NO refunds or exchanges.
