At Caring Transitions, the health of our customers, team members, and clients is our top priority. We are continuing to help our clients who are moving due to essential and urgent situations and the families of those who may have passed. Relocation and services to seniors are considered essential by many state and local governments and we remain operational to meet these critical needs of our clients. Only one customer will be served at a time at auction pick-up. For this reason, we require your assistance with keeping your social distancing in mind. *Masks: Across the country and in different states and municipalities, there are varying regulations on masks that are being updated regularly. Masks are a requirement at any pick-up where such a regulation exists or if otherwise noted in the Terms. Thank you for being patient.

A check-in table and a sanitation station will be at the pick-up. You must sanitize your hands before approaching the check-in table. Please keep social distancing in mind when approaching. Check-in will not require a signature to minimize contact and pen sharing. Once checked in the staff will bring small items to the curb, designated pick-up zone (adjacent to the check-in table). For larger items and heavy items, etc. we are limiting customers to 3 people max in the property to load out their items. We will do our best ahead of the pick-up to have the furniture in a position where it won’t require a lot of movement throughout the home. During the pick-up, staff cannot assist and will maintain maximum social distancing. Only one customer with 2 helpers will be allowed in the building to pick up. Please make sure to have tools if necessary.
